Boarding the Tour

The Conductor Awaits!

Our friendly dispatcher will help you board your tour quickly and comfortably, whether you have made an advance reservation or just walked up to buy a ticket at the event. When your tour is boarding, the dispatcher will call each reserved group by name in the order their tickets were purchased, and then our walk-up guests will board in the remaining available seats. Before boarding, ask the dispatcher who is located in the train kiosk for a performance tour program. No food or drinks are allowed on the trolley.

Because we board from our reservation list, all you need to bring is yourself!

Need another time? No problem.

If you are unable to make your reserved time, you are welcome to move your reservation until 48 hours before the event. There is a charge of $10 to move your ticket. You may also use your reserved ticket as a walk-up ticket for a seat on the next available trolley on the same evening. Walk-up seating may take some time. We will do our best to accommodate you.
